We're pleased to introduce Mark Wilson...
Mark S. Wilson has joined the Bourbon Orleans Hotel as general manager. Most recently, he served as director of marketing and sales for the Roosevelt New Orleans, which re-opened as part of the Waldorf Astoria Collection in New Orleans in 2009. A 25-year hospitality industry veteran, Wilson began his career with the San Francisco Hilton. He has since held various director-level positions at such hotels as the Sheraton New Orleans, Fairmont and Royal Sonesta.
"I look forward to creating a memorable French Quarter experience for all our guests," said Mark. "The Bourbon Orleans is one of the city's most treasured landmarks, and I'm proud to share its signature hospitality with both new and returning visitors."

Roux on Orleans is our new contemporary Louisiana-style restaurant that opened this fall. Headed by Executive Chef Guy Sockrider, Roux on Orleans offers fine Creole cuisine using the freshest seasonal ingredients native to Louisiana. Prior to joining Bourbon Orleans Hotel, Sockrider held Executive Chef positions with the second largest hotel in Orange County, California and with La Jolla, in one of California's most revered restaurants, receiving Three Toques from Gault Millau and a Top Restaurant Award from Zagat, among other awards and accolades. Once the site of the historic Orleans Theater and Ballroom, the Orleans Ballroom witnessed countless weddings and balls dating back to the 1800s, and can accommodate weddings of up to 250 guests.
